About Adv. Anuj Aggarwal
Being a lawyer is not just a profession for Anuj, but is also his passion for reasons far more exciting and satisfying than monetary & material possessions. He is an ardent legal practitioner, who loves to represent his clients' interests before courts of law. To him, the dynamism needed to succeed in the profession of law helps achieve growth in every sphere of one's life. Anuj believes in practising with utmost honesty and maintains an openness towards learning.

A graduate of the prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi University, Anuj went on to become a Charted Accountant and it is here when he started to develop an interest for the legal sciences. Right after completing his degree in Commerce, Anuj enrolled with Campus Law Centre to pursue his Bachelors in Law and there has been no turning back since.

Anuj is an internationally accredited mediator and is also empanelled with the Delhi International Arbitration Centre. He has acted as an Arbitrator on various occasions and given his expertise in the ADR mechanism he has often been appointed by the Delhi High Court as a Mediator, Anuj has acquired expertise in the ‘Alternate Dispute Resolution mechanism.

He has been a distinguished panel counsel for the Government of India since 2008 and has represented the interests of various clients, both individuals and organizations, in more than 3,000 cases. His nature of being a problem solver has been appreciated by many, and this has led to him representing UPA, NDA, and AAP-led Governments at the Centre and State Levels before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi.

With over 17 years of experience as a lawyer litigating at various forums, Anuj has represented leading top corporates, Govt. PSUs, several arms of the Central and State Governments, and Maharatnas. He regularly appears before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Commissions, Boards and Tribunals [including NCDRC, Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), TDSAT, COMPAT, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (ATE), Company Law Board (CLB), NCLT, Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), etc.]

Anuj is involved with several forums in imparting training in ‘Mediation’ to judicial officers, lawyers, and law students and conducts training/ talks on the issues relating to ‘Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013’ to the corporate-clients and lawyers all across the country. Recently, he invested significant time in sharing his learnings on Drafting and Pleadings with students and lawyers alike.
